6v3 possession game
Organization:
Space: 40m x 20m
Intensity: Heart rate 160 ? 190 /min
Repetitions: 3 x 3 min.

Progression:
Narrow space - 3 groups with 3 players each (blue, yellow, red). 2 groups try to maintain possession, while the third group tries to steal the ball. The team who loses possession will become the defending team.

Focus:
Improve tactical and technical elements in realistic situations. This is the core of the training session, because players will still have enough running power.
