Warming-up against the wall
Organization
- Every player has a ball
- The players tap the ball with the inside of their left foot to the inside of their right foot (fast footwork), will then make an action or trick and will shoot the ball against the wall
- When the ball returns they will receive it and will immediately start with the fast footwork again

Variation
- The players can receive the ball in multiple ways
- Manchester United players perform this exercise in a large indoor gym, but a regular wall or even a team mate works as well
