Passing against a wall/board in combination with fast feet
Organization
- Every player has a ball
- The players will tap the ball a few times from the inside of their left foot
to the inside of their right foot (fast feet movements), will proceed to
perform a faking move (or trick) and will shoot the ball against the wall
- When the ball returns, they will receive the ball and will start over again.

Variation
- The Manchester United players performed this exercise indoor against a wall, but it also works with another player or a regular wall/board.
