Passing and shooting exercise during the extended warming-up
Organization
- Player 2 makes a faking move/trick and asks for the ball. Player 1 passes
the ball and asks for a wall pass. Player 1 continues by passing to player
3, who turns to player 4. Initiates a wall pass and receives the ball back.
- The players move up one position
- Depending on the amount of players this exercise can be executed in 2 or 3
organizations
- Execute both clockwise and counter clockwise
- Distances may vary

Coaching
- Pay attention to, for example, receiving with the correct foot, wall passes,
turning, ball speed, or faking moves/tricks

Method
- In a more complicated version player 3 will pass back to player 2, who
passes immediately to player 4. Player 4 proceeds to pass back to player 3
who passes to player 1. This allows you to continuously play on with one
ball
