Warming up passing exercise
Organization:
- 2 players are positioned in front of one another, approx. 5 meters apart, player 1 is standing on the half way line
- Player 2 throws the ball, the other passes it back into the hands of the other player while walking backwards. Up to player 2 reaches the half way line, at this point player 1 throws and player 2 passes the ball back into the hands of player 1 (again up to half way line)

Progression & Variations:

- Same setup, executing the following moves:
1. One player dribbles the ball while the other jogs backwards as if he were defending (and vice versa)
2. One player ?quick feet?, up to receiving the ball from other player and passing it back into his hand (standing in one spot 5x, then switch)
3. One player throws the ball, other player heads it back
4. One player throws the ball, other player heads it back, runs around the other player, receives a pass again and heads it back again (10x, then switch)
5. One player passes the ball, the other player passes it back, runs around the other player, receives a pass again and passes it back again
