Passing and shooting to improve triangles

- The first player passes the ball to the right midfielder, who wall passes back to the controlling midfielder, who then pass wide to the incoming first player (free defender)
- This player plays a cross pass
- The players in the middle stay 3 minutes, the other player move up one position

- This exercise is good for triangles
- You can expand the exercise by introducing a second cross pass
- If you play with a controlling midfielder you will see this exercise back in your games
