[SUBHEAD] Organization:
?Players line up at first cone
?Setup 3 cones;
oCone 1 at start
oCone 2 at 10 meters
oCone 3 at 30 meters

Progression
?Players sprint as quick as possible over the 30m distance
?Record times at the 10m cone and at the 30m cone
?Perform 3 repetitions (record average time) with 2 minutes recovery
