Cutting and turning in a conditional exercise
Organization
- A player works 15 sec. consecutively
- Distance 5-6 meters
- Dribble at full speed and cut the ball every time in a certain way
- Work in threesomes
- This creates a work/rest ratio of 1:2

Variation
- Work in pairs, there and back, 6-10 repetitions, 4 sets. This trains repeated short sprinting capacity
- Increase distance slightly and 8 players at a cone, 4-6 repetitions, 2 sets. This trains acceleration capacity

Improve endurance in a technical exercise
