Forward and backward
organization
- The players go one after the other from cone to cone
- The coach may choose one of the following exercise to be perform in between the cones: tripling, hopping, high hops, heel flicks, cross step, side step
- The distance between the cones and the number of repetitions dictates the difficulty of the exercise

- This exercise is great to increase muscle strength
