Organization:
- 2 ladders
- 2 groups of 8 players
- Players run through ladder 1 by 1, then sprint 10 meters to the cone and join back of own line

Variation:
- Player takes two steps into ladder, go back, run through ladder 1 by 1 and sprint 10 meters to the cone and join back of their own line
