Warming up jogging exercise
Organization:
- All players line up on the half way line
- On the coach?s whistle they jog from the half way line to the end of the penalty area and back
- They wait for the coach?s whistle and instructions and execute next run accordingly:
o Side step
o Backwards
o Sideway knee raises
o Leg raises
o Zigzags
o Butt kicks

To prepare for training or match
