Backwards line-throw (Union Deportiva Lanzarote
Type: Warming up
Number of players: 2 rows of 10 players

Organization:
Players line up in 2 row of 10 players each
Each row has a ball
Purpose of the exercise is to get the ball as fast as possible from the first player in line to the last
The ball should be thrown backwards above the head (with hands)
The last player runs quickly to the start of the line, the first team to reach this point wins
The other team will get a punishment (i.e. 10 pushups, 10 situps, sprint, etc.)
