Jogging zigzag (Carabobo FC)
ype: Warming up
Number of players: all divided into 3 groups

Organization:
All groups begin at the starting point with a 15 second interval
They first jog around the field once
When they get back to the starting point they enter the field at cone 1 and start a zigzag course (made up of 13 cones)
Players jog from cone 1 to cone 2, then sprint from cone 2 to cone 3, jog again from cone 3 to cone 4 and sprint again from cone 4 to cone 5, etc.
The zigzag course ends at cone 13
