Sprinting (Werder Bremen)
Organization:
- Two groups
- One player of each group starts by lying on their back at cone 1 with their hands and feet in the air
- On the coach?s signal they get up as fast as possible sprint to the last pole and zigzag around the rest of the cones and sprint to cone 2 (as illustrated)

Variation:
- Instead of each player competing against an individual player from the other group, have groups compete as a whole. Players don?t start lying down, but start with a sprint to the last pole. When they reach cone 2 the next player in their group may start.
