Cardio (running) and coordination practice without a ball
Organization
- Square of 10 by 10 meters (size dependant on amount of players)
- Players are running around (criss cross) and are not allowed to touch each other (without ball)
- Voluntarily make pre-movement, fakes, turns, etc.
- On the coaches sign they will increase the intensity, make a trippling, skip, etc.
- They can also do a heading move, land on the ground again and run into the direction in which their feet land

Details
- The coach can include his own fantasy in the movement he wants he players to perform. Can also include certain distances and directions
