Organization
- Run straight across and avoid other players in the middle
- Join the back of the queue on the other side
- Different variations possibilities: trippling, skipping, back kicks, hip turns, etc.
- Dynamic stretching afterwards

Variation
- Turn left or right at the middle cone and join the back of the queue to that side
- Endless variation possibilities


- Muscle tension
- Lots of variations, or else it will become boring for the players
