Quick feet in a circle
Organization
- Pass the ball back and forth between your feet and move towards the center of the circle
- Variation 1: pass the ball slightly in front of you, stop-turn (stop with the bottom of the foot and turn around) and continue to pass the ball back and forth between your feet
- Variation 2: pass the ball slightly in front of you, step over the ball and turn your body around it, then continue to pass the ball back and forth between your feet

Coaching
- First learn the move, then increase the speed
- You can also do this with dribbling, this will increase the level of difficulty
