Coordinative exercise in combination with a finish on goal
Organization
- On one side of the field a square of 10 by 10 meters
- Player executes a heel flick, tripling, cross pass, etc.
- Then sprint to the other sides, take a ball
- Zigzag through the cones and pass to a neutral player
- Player continues up the pitch gets a return pass and finishes on goal
- You may choose to let the player sprint 5 meters forward and then 5 meters backward

Variation
- The zigzag can also be performed without a ball
- Distances can vary
- Pass to the neutral player can be direct, straight pass or a lob pass
- During the zigzag you may opt for a Coerver exercise
