Practice game under 8 (focus on basic technique)
Organization
- The players will play a practice game, 5 against 5 or 6 against 6 with two
goals
- The exercise is based on the Maradona move. This move is done by standing on
the ball with one foot and taking it (backwards) while turning
- Everytime a player executes the Maradona move, all other players will have to roll over the grass
- This way these players will be taught how to execute this move with
resistance in a playful manner
