Cutting and turning in zagzag exercise
Organization
- Dribble to the cone, cut and continue
- Cut with the inside of the foot, dribble with the outside of the foot (and vice versa)
- Stepover before the cone and proceed by carrying the ball with the other foot
- Stop the ball with the bottom of the foot and proceed by carrying the ball of the outside of the other foot
- Spend a lot of time of the strong foot, less on the weaker foot

Progression
- Lots of cutting moves possible, but don't add too many to the exercise

Intention
- Bend the knees
- Execute move timely
- Fast feet
- Aggressive execution

Focus:
Improve cutting moves and fast feet

Warm-up / Learning phase
