ZigZag
Organization
- Players dribble from cone to cone and then turn at the cone.
- The second player can start if the first players is halfway to the second cone
- Players 'cut' the ball with the inside of the foot at a cone and preferably take it along with the outside of the other foot.
- Do this exercise for about 5-10 minutes.
