- Hurdles are positioned with small spaces in between
- High and low hurdles interchangeably
- Goalkeeper has to jump with both legs
- After landing a hop and on to the next hurdles

Details:
- Use arms to coordinate takeoffs
- Bend knees and explosive takeoffs
